Pain Management Therapy
Pain Management is a clothes-on massage for general tonification and addressing chronic pain or discomfort. It includes massage, acupressure, stretching and mobilization.

Relaxation Massage Therapy
Relaxation massage is done with the client unclothed, under a sheet & blanket. Mel's style is best described as a moderate-to-firm "deep Swedish" massage. This includes the use of lotion, hot towels, other warming elements. May also include aromatherapy, some hot or cold stones, and application of some deep tissue technique, upon request. Very gentle massages are available, too.

Reiki:
Reiki is a form of energy work that focuses on bringing regularity and grounding to the energetic centers of the client's body. Mel's style of reiki is hands-on and very intuitive. She sometimes has visions or messages arise during these sessions, which she will share with the client. This can be a stand-alone service or added on to a massage session.

Tarot Readings:
Tarot is a time-honored system of divination that allows the client to open up about what's important to them and get insight and guidance. Mel's intuitive grasp of symbolism, combined with a deep acceptance of human nature, makes the messages she shares feel practical and encouraging.
